Join us on Nov 2nd, 2024 (9 PM EST) / Nov 3rd, 2024( 6:30 AM IST) for ICRM's *International Day of Prayer for Persecuted Christians*.

In 2024 , persecution against Christians is at an all-time high . 365 million face high levels of hostility. Many are killed for their faith; Churches destroyed. Despite such oppression, persecuted Christians remain steadfast, inspiring us to kneel in solidarity, to fortify our faith.

Persecution : Broad definition includes (but is not limited to) restrictions, pressure, discrimination, opposition, disinformation, injustice, intimidation, mistreatment, marginalisation, oppression, intolerance, infringement, violation, ostracism, hostilities, harassment, abuse, violence, ethnic cleansing and genocide.

  • Every month 322 Christians are killed for their faith in Lord Jesus Christ.
  • Around 365 million Christians in the world are subjected to "high levels of persecution and discrimination".
  • Every month, 214 Christian churches and properties are destroyed.
  • 14,766 Churches and Christian properties were attacked and some destoyed.
  • 4,998 Christians were killed for faith-related reasons. 90% killed were in Nigeria.
  • Of the 50 countries where Christians face the most extreme persecution. India ranks # 11.

Join us with family and friends on the International Day of Prayer for Persecuted Christians.

"Do Justice to the afflicted and needy." -  Psalm 82:3
