President

• Sucharitha founded International Christian Rescue Mission ( ICRM) in 2024. 
• Professionally, Sucharitha is an Engineer, IT professional and a certified Project Manager (PMP). 
• Working as a Consultant in the US for national and international companies, she has extensive experience in leadership positions in the corporate world.
• She currently serves on the Executive Board as Vice President for Maryland Association for Adult, Community & Continuing Education (MAACCE) since March 2022 to date. 
• She serves as Committee chair for ICD/YBD (Indian Christian Day/Yeshua Bhakti Divas) for Maryland. 
• Sucharitha serves as Financial Stewardship Counselor since Feb 2013 , as a ordained Commissioner for Immanuel's Church in MD. It is a free service to the people of God.
•  She also served as a Treasurer (Oct 2000 - Mar 2002) for International Student Christian Fellowship (ISCF) a Christian organization at University. 
• Sucharitha is passionate about helping God's people and has a long history, through public service via various organizations, channels and opportunities.   
•  She is recipient of several Women in Tech awards in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, including an MVP (Most Valuable person).   
• Along with Engineering degrees, Sucharitha also has a degree in Organizational Leadership from Yale School of Management.
